About the Author

Michele Housholder Funk attended the Columbus College of Art and Design, majoring in illustration. Michele is a well-loved graphic illustrator and designer in her area. The Adventures of Pete and Max is her premiere book, with sequels to follow. Michele lives in Ohio with her husband Dan and ten year old basset hound, Max. They have one son, Tanner. She is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.
